HISTORY
Founded in 1990 by Eng. Radka Stamenova, "Meridian 22" Ltd. is recognized in the business community not only as organizer of international exhibitions in the country and abroad, but also for its educational services. The ambition of combining Bulgarian educational traditions and the requirements of the new time found its way in the establishment of a primary and junior high school, a high school and a vocational college.
For over 20 years now, Meridian 22 has been the Bulgarian representative of leading European colleges and universities. Meridian 22 students can complete their secondary education at St. Andrew’s College in Cambridge, whose exclusive representative for Bulgaria is "Meridian 22" Ltd

Meridian 22 Private English Language High School was licensed in 1998 by the Ministry of Education and Science to run the curriculum for classes with intensive study of foreign languages (License No. RD 14-23/29.04.1998 of the Ministry of Education and Science). The most significant step in its development the High School took in June 2009 by becoming a full member of the International Baccalaureate Organization (IBO). After an eighteen-month process of preparation and work to comply with the requirements for obtaining the license, Meridian 22 underwent an IBO inspecting visit and six weeks after it, was authorized as an IB World School (No. 4671) with the right to apply the IB Diploma Programme as of the 2009/2010 school year.
